Not only did I find a kickass feral tank site, but I liked her theme so much I had to track down where she got it. I plan to change the colors and stuff to its a blatant ripoff and all. I love that it gives me a lil more room for pics. It was becoming a pain to squeeze in screens and stuff into my old theme. My image editing is beyond ghetto (paint ftw!lol). I am also leaning away from doing multiple blogs. I dunno that me or jen were ever going to actually do it anyway, but I think I would rather put more time into just one. With that said it will probly be mainly a wow blog, as it provides so much content.
I also added feedburner for RSS, but it could use a lil work , much like the rest of the page. I’ll get around to it eventually I guess. Been checking out some maxim lighting and am pretty impressed, so maybe after I get done checking out all that.
After many hours logged on the Test Realm, countless pages of info, and many long conversations with friends where I talk in circles, I have finally chosen my spec…

I can already hear the sigh of releif from my friends who will no longer have to hear me go back and forth. When it comes down to it, I made my druid to play as feral, and I love the playstyle. While being a big ass lazer-firing turkey is fun, it’s not what made me want to make a druid in the first place. To be honest I also find the balance spec to be a tad boring in pvp in comparison. Blizzard really seems to be holding true to what they said about all tanks and dps being on the same page in Wrath. I expect to have a little trouble getting groups at first until the general playerbase becomes more informed that cats are now also competitive dps, but thats fine with me.
My choice to stay Feral also keeps the door open for my mage when I get the urge to play a caster. I think everyone should have an alt to keep things fresh from time to time. With that said, I need to finish up my cooking, fishing, and decide wether to level skinning for a third time, or pick up mining in preperation for Wrath. Maybe some extra flash memory too, my pc really shows its age on the PTR.

No more than a day after my decision to leave “Gladiators with Candy” (lawl gay ass name) they broke up, and from the chat i had with Towelie on the test realm it was simply because the founder got bored. He is starting to get a bad rep about making guilds and disbanding them. Originally I had planned to go back to Lunatic, which I did, and within the first 24 hours of being back there was already more drama. I would have to say this was one of the more petty squables we have had, and I once again put the offer on the table for us to branch off into a new guild.
Jeff, Tyler, Andy, and I had already been running the Brewfest boss pretty consistently, and our play schedules seemed to be pretty close, so we made it a reality and “Loot” was formed. It only took an entire weekend to come up with the name lol. Even longer for the tabard, but it was well worth the wait. I dunno that we will be serious about doing anything to be honest. I’d say we are all pretty casual. My main focus will always be pvp, as it can be hard to squeeze in the longer instance runs at times. I don’t think we have even added any members yet, but there really is no rush. We will probly add just about anyone that wants in that has a good atitude and isnt any more of a noob than we are, so if you looking to migrate to the Mug’thol server and are looking for a friendly casual guild, whip out your passport and send us a tell.
I really need to spruce up my page a bit. I can’t find any themes I like and always end back at this one. I’d like to add the option to post via email, but can never get it to work right. Instead I just email it to myself and copy and paste, but it gets the job done at least.
Jen and I have tossed the idea aroundof making additional blogs, which would allow us to fine tune them more on specific subjects, but we haven’t yet made the jump. I think we are just worried we won’t have enough content for them, but I’m pretty confident I could do a wow blog, mobile blog, and still post here for more of a personal blog. I’ve actually got a couple ideas working. I’ve actually considered wiping out the majority of this blog and minimizing my categories to focus this site as more of an electronics/mobile/gaming/tech blog. Once I feel this blog is actually even worth someone other than me looking at i may start a new personal blog as well as a wow blog. I really think my topics are just too random to ever have anyone read, and think that if i ever want to attract any type of traffic i really need to have more specific topics. Why would anyone interested in mainly wow posts ever want to read about eco gifts, or other random topics?
With all the buzz about the expansion, as well as all the new changes to test out, I haven’t realy been playing my mage like I thought I would. He is currently at 62, but I’m starting to think I’d rather just go boomkin on my druid. I love the crowd control of the mage, but prefer the armor bonus as well as the ability to heal with the balance spec. That’s not to say I won’t be playing my mage, but it will definataly be an alt, as I don’t see it becoming my main. I’ll most likely just bounce between the two, maybe look into some group health insurance for them or something.
I’ve been doing a lot of back and forth as to what direction I want to take Mooyagi, and his equestrian clothing, for the expansion. I’ve read enough crying on the druid forums to make me not want to even look at them anymore. When I heard they were opening the ptr to test the upcoming pre-expansion patch I thought it might be fun to check this shit out for myself. I tried a balance spec out and was a little dissapointed at the whole spell power change. I guess I didn’t really understand it in the first place. I later gave feral a whirl and was really impressed with the changes, and hope they continue to mold ferals to be on par with rogues. Its still too ealry to tell what I will be sticking with in the expansion, but I plan to give both specs a fair amount of playtime to find out.
Saw this on the wiki and thought it would be cool lol. Sound is down by default. Really just wanted to see if it would work haha.
thought it would be cool to post my progress this time around so maybe my blog has something actually worth reading for a change. My new mage Delucia (uo for life!) is currently chilling in Orgrimmar grabbing a few new gear pieces to prepare for the first few quests in Outland. Trying not to spend much as I still need to purchase my epic land mount, and Mooyagi has just about wiped out my gold supply. Hopefully when/if I log on tonight one of my friends can port me so that I don’t have to make a long journey before starting. I still haven’t made a firm decision on what proffessions to do for either character. My original plan was Herbalism/Inscription on Moo, and Mining/Engineering on Delucia, but I’m worried having crafting skills will keep me broke. I probly wont make a final decision till i know more about Inscription and what role my druid will be playing in the expansion. Can’t wait to get started on my mage tho, wish I had some good energy pills and just not sleep.
I absolutely hate the blackberry browser. It is amazing just how slow it is. I can see how some people can tolerate it if they’ve never used opera mini, but I really can’t see how anyone would ever use default over opera. I wish RIM would scrap their joke of a browser and package opera into the os. I would love to have the option to at least set opera as the default browser for email links and such. Everytime I click on one and the bb browser pops up I am reminded of why I stopped using it. Maybe RIM should look into some futures trading
We finally managed to get our alts to 60, and I was able to transfer my mage to my main account. It took a pathetic two weeks due to our trouble of both getting on at the same time for long enough to get anything done. Luckily it is done. I actually think I will enjoy the trip from 60-70 this time around. There was too much rush with my druid in outland. I’m most excited to pvp with a mage at 70 tho, and how much I enjoy it will probly decide what I do come expansion. Also considering since I’ve already seen the sights and done the quests things will hopefully roll right along. Like Outland on diet pills lol. Lets hope.
