Folly Beach real estate?

Looking to purchase some new real estate? Maybe vacation real estate? Somewhere to get away during the summer, or winter? I would suggest checking out folly beach real estate if you are in the market for some new real estate. Follybeachrealestate.org is a great place to check out some great property that is currently available in that area. There are so many nice beach estates currently listed, go check them out.

Can’t wait to have a house.

Our new television set up is awesome. I can’t wait to have a house so we can create a home theater, adding a larger television and some home theater seating. It would be really cool to be able to run all of the wires through the wall as well. We wanted a larger television than we bought, but anything larger would be just too much. Our living room is on the small side, and we didn’t want anything that would end up being too much for such a small area.

Coupons. Coupons.

Jen alway freaks out when she cannot find a coupon. She refuses to purchase online without a coupon. The other day she was searching to find Macys coupons before she bought our new bedding set. I am glad she did though, she saved about 30 bucks. I just don’t understand why she will not shop without a coupon, although I can understand not wanting to pay full price when you know that you don’t have to.

Vacation is over.

So I went back to work yesterday after a week of being off. I hate going back to work after time off. I am glad though that we did not have to use our time off moving. That worked out well. Gavin even got a week off from school, which was nice. Gavin was going to have to change schools, but since we didn’t move he can stay at the same school now, and Jen will not have to order him new medical id bracelets. I guess it all worked out, and hopefully we can take another vacation at the end of March, or at least a mini vacation.

Mounting the tv.

Mounting the television wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. It only took us about an hour. The hardest part is trying to find the damn studs in the wall. After trying multiple times we finally had the mount on the wall. We went to install the bracket on the television and then we realized that we didn’t have the screws for the television bracket, but besides that it was fairly simple. Jen wants to get one for the LCD in the bedroom, but I would rather get a plasma lift.

Painting is done.

So Jen finished up the painting. I must say that adding a bit of paint made this place feel more like home. We hung our LCD television on the wall, and it looks pimp. Jen and I went out and purchased a surround sound, which was a bit of a struggle. First we sat at home reading review after review trying to find the best buy for our money. After going back and forth we decided on a Sony. We went in and found the one we wanted, but no one would help us. It is almost like we had to beg to purchase it. In the end we are really glad that we went with the one we purchased, it sounds really good.

Maybe if they didnt all SUCK

I came to the realization quite a few phones ago that there is no “One” phone. As my mobile needs change, so does the best phone to fit those needs. With all that in mind I must say that ALL MOBILE PHONES SUCK. While most of the major manufacturers have their strengths they always manage to fuck up so bad in another area that you don’t give a rats ass about the good features. Do these companies even try this garbage out?

While its fun getting a new phone in the mail, and those first few days are nice seeing what it can do and what I can tinker with it is also a real pain in the ass. Ya i have owned a lot of phones. Its not my fault i cant find one I like. Its so easy to sell and try a new one that it makes keeping a crappy one seem stupid. You wouldnt wear a pair of shoes that looked retarded or hurt your feet, especially if you could sell them (usually for more than you paid) and try a new pair. Right? Same thing, except my feet do not hurt. My nerves do.

I guess I am mainly just pissed that after putting up with the trash that was the Samsung blast with its infinite problems, I got a Moto L7I that was blowing my mind until i noticed that it says “No Signal” basically ALL THE TIME. I’ve had some real turd phones, but aside from the blast, none of them have really had reception issues. It makes me want to take some Cleveland golf clubs and really get my moneys worth from it.

Painting Sucks

Tomorrow is my last day off from work and we still have to paint our bedroom. Jen also has an infinite amount of pictures to hang. You dont realize how much stuff you have till you move, or in our case put it all in boxes and then take it all back out. The only thing that sucks is that if we had known we were going to be staying here we could have gotten medicare insurance while it was available from my work, even tho it is insanely expensive. At least we are freeing up a bit of cash, and hopefully we can start putting aside for a house in the future.

Williamsburg Extended

After a pretty stressful week of painting, packing, and getting ready to move we had a last minute decision to just stay where we are. In the end it really just didnt seem worth the cost of moving (not to mention the work) and by staying here we save around 200 bucks a month. There are a few other benefits that come with staying here as well. The apartment we live in now has already been tweaked mostly to our liking, and Gavin will not have to change schools which is a big plus. We have decided to go ahead and paint this place and rearrange everything to give it a new feel to it. I can’t wait to get the lcd mounted on the wall. Now all I need is a ps2 (still not a fan of playstation 3 ) to go with it. I plan to go ahead and take the rest of the week off tho to help unpack and get the place looking good.
